About me

I'm a data-driven designer with over 10 years of experience in research, strategy and designing scalable solutions over a variety of spaces from national charities, higher education institutions to financial services, both in-house and agency side.

With strong analytical skills and the ability to revise and simplify content hierarchies, site maps and navigation using a human-centred approach and a passion for user centric CRO projects including designing for multivarient testing, I thrive on seeing data-led decisions have a positive impact on digital experiences.

Recent experience

I’ve worked with global brands, national charities, pioneering start-ups and award-winning agencies across Product, UX and UI Design to create user-focused, clean and elegant digital solutions.

Leading the experience and design function for all UK clients at Domain7 partnering for clients such as Imperial Business College, Consumer Council for Water and the University of Wales Trinity St David, I helped deliver human centred digital solutions.

Leading the full-cycle digital UX/UI design process for the RSPCA, I supported the RSPCA’s digital transformation, ensuring a user-centred approach to all UX/UI design whilst optimising their digital experiences to support all animal welfare activities. I was instrumental in driving forward the CRO fundraising programme for the charity

At Hack & Craft, I was their Senior UX/UI designer, delivering bar-raising web applications for the likes of Dulux, RS Components and Schneider Electric.

At Grandad Digital I was the Senior UX/UI designer responsible for refining, designing and leading the user experience and digital design across all website and digital projects, for clients such as Tui UK, Sage and Brighton Fringe.

My skill set covers UX – user research, interviews, users flows, IA, wireframing, prototyping and testing. Design – interface design, interaction design, pattern libraries, asset creation and handling, testing, with a traditional understanding of typography, grids, layouts and colour. Product strategy – planning and requirements gathering.
